4th December Trip to London, Christmas Show and Shopping.

Our guided, escorted trips are epic and hard to be at when it comes to adding a wonderful memory and experience to your life story and choir experience.

We have been running choir tours since 2012 and have added many locations to our portfolio including: Sweden London, Dublin, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Glasgow, Belgium and many more. 

You are in safe hands! Helen (our choir founder) is also an experienced time served ABTA qualified travel agent and rep. We use trusted third parties to put together all of our bespoke travel packages, cutting out the middleman and keeping costs down.

We offer very competitive musical packages and the trip cost includes all of the activities we organise for you along with all transport, rooming arrangements and in most cases, breakfast. We offer great hotels with fab reviews, most with single, twin,  bedded accommodation.

Thank you so much for your amazing response to the idea of another choir trip! Lots of you are excited about it – and I’m thrilled to confirm the details! 🥳

We’ll be heading to London for a magical festive break, including the West End show “Hercules”, Christmas lights and plenty of shopping time.

📅 Dates & Itinerary
   •    Thursday 4th December
   •    Depart: Beverley (Asda) 8.00am | Hull Truck 8.30am | Barton 9.00am | Ferrybridge 10.00am (if any Ripon guys would join us)
   •    Travel by coach to London
   •    Check into central hotel (breakfast included)
   •    Evening: West End Show – Hercules 🎭
   •    Friday 5th December
   •    Free day for Christmas shopping 🎁, sightseeing 🏙️ and soaking up the lights ✨
   •    Return home: depart London around 6.00pm arrive home around 11.30pm

HOW TO BOOK

Request your place on our 2025 choir trip to London.

We have secured places for another wonderful choir experience 

Places will be allocated randomly if we are oversubscribed, based on having enough people to run the trip. This trip is also open to non choir members.

Please note we cannot guarantee you a place, but we will do our best. Should we be oversubscribed, we will set up a waiting list.

Final balance due: 15th Oct 2025. We will be in touch with details on how to pay your balance nearer the date.

To register your booking request and commit, fill in the form below. Please note there is an option on the form to let us select roommates for you, or to specify the roommates you would like to share with. Please read the form carefully.

  1. All bookings are selected randomly, and final confirmation is secured once the deposit (payable straight away) is received and cleared. If selected, we will be in touch via email with a link to book and confirm with your deposit.

  2. We cannot hold or reserve bookings.

  3. Your deposit payment confirms your interest and will be payable upon a successful application.

  4. Any booking received over our capacity will be placed on a waiting list.

  5. Your booking is confirmed when we receive your balance.

  6. Full details will be sent to you should your booking be successful. We will also inform you if we are oversubscribed or if you have missed the deadline.

  7. Please note once the booking is fully subscribed your deposit is non refundable.

  8. If you need to cancel for health reasons, it is your responsibility to ensure you are covered by any travel insurance you may have. We strongly recommend you have insurance in place post-selection.

  9. Any amendments or special requests must be made through us and will incur an amendment fee of £30. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY, the booking is with us, and with Disney.

  10. If you arrive late at any departure points, you will be responsible for making your own way to the hotel.

  11. Choir members making their own way and booking directly with the hotel cannot be included in any of the organised choir activities. This is a package price and all venues have a capacity.

  12. This trip is open to non choir members.

  13. You agree that if you are asked to be paired by us, we cannot alter the booking. We will let you know who you are sharing with. This is a great way to make friends, and Helen always does her best to find a suitable partner. We cannot guarentee a partner and will offer you a single booking option if this is tyhe case

  14. We cannot guarantee your pairing choices or meet all booking requirements.

 Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits and Payments

  • Deposits are refundable only if the trip does not go ahead.

  • Once the trip has been confirmed, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • The balance of the trip must be paid by the date stated on your booking confirmation.

2. Departure Points

  • Coaches will only pick up and drop off at the designated departure points listed at the time of booking.

  • We are unable to make additional stops outside of these points.

3. Seating and Rooming

  • We cannot guarantee that you will be seated with friends or chosen companions on the coach, although we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

  • Accommodation is based on shared rooms unless you have booked a single room supplement.

  • If a single room is not available and sharing is not suitable for you, you will be given the option to cancel with a full refund.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Should unforeseen circumstances require a change to the itinerary (e.g. timings, accommodation, or travel arrangements), we will notify you as soon as possible and aim to provide an equivalent alternative.

  • If you cancel after the trip has been confirmed, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation charges may apply.

5. Behaviour and Responsibility

  • All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards other travellers, choir leaders, and coach staff.

  • The organisers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the trip. Please ensure valuables are kept safe at all times.

6. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all participants take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, cancellation, or loss of belongings.

7. Liability

  • The organisers act as agents for transport and accommodation providers. We cannot accept liability for delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
