We are SO excited to now officially launch our AFO weekend away to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Barnsley Singers ❤️ such an honour to be invited.

This is shaping up to be an absolutely brilliant weekend full of music, friendship, workshops, celebration and fun with choirs from across the region 🎶

✨ WHAT’S INCLUDED ✨

🎤 A workshop day at Barnsley Metrodome led by fantastic professional workshop leaders. Full resources and learning provided ahead of the event.

🎶 Shared singing with multiple choirs from across the region

🥁 Massed singing accompanied by a professional LIVE BAND

💃 Huge evening anniversary party with party food live music and dancing

🏨 Overnight hotel stay at Ibis Styles

🚌 Coach travel throughout the weekend

🛍 Sunday trip to Meadowhall Shopping Centre before travelling home to our original departure points.

✨ WEEKEND ITINERARY ✨

🚌 SATURDAY 31ST OCTOBER

Coach departures:

📍 Beverley Asda Norwood – 7:30am

📍 Hull Truck Theatre – 8:00am

📍 Barton Bus/train Station – 8:30am

🎶 Arrive Barnsley Metrodome approximately 10:00am

🎤 Workshop sessions throughout the morning and early afternoon with amazing choir leaders and singers from across the region.

🏨 Coach transfer to Ibis Styles Hotel for check in

🚍 Afternoon return transfer:

• Leave Metrodome approximately 2:00pm for hotel afternoon at leisure time to explore Barnsley.

• Return to back Metrodome approximately 7:00pm

🎉 Evening Anniversary Party. There will be a buffet, bar, photo opportunities, dance floor and live music from the fabulous Platinum Party Band. As well as celebrating Barnsleys anniversary, it will be a moment for our choir to celebrate our own journey with the other choirs and the wider singing community

🚍 Return to hotel approximately 11:00pm

🛍 SUNDAY 1ST NOVEMBER

🚍 Depart hotel approximately 10:30am for Meadowhall Shopping Centre

🛍 Free time at Meadowhall

🚍 Depart Meadowhall approximately 3:00pm to return home to Barton, Hull and Beverley

Just a little note regarding transport and accommodation 😊

Due to the limited number of places available to visiting choirs and the popularity of this trip already, we have made the decision that all places allocated to All For One Choir will need to be booked as part of the organised coach and hotel package.

Sadly, this means we won’t be able to offer places for people wishing to arrange their own transport or alternative accommodation on this occasion.

This is because we need confirmed group numbers in order to secure the hotel group rate and ensure the smooth running of the weekend for everybody involved.

Keeping everybody within the same organised package also helps us continue providing the kind of fun, well organised trip

Terms & Conditions

• Places are limited and applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Invoices will be issued please allow 7 working days to receive your invoice.

• Full payment is due immediately upon confirmation of a successful application in order to secure your booking.

• Unfortunately, all payments are strictly non refundable.

• Bookings may be transferred to another eligible choir member up to 14 days prior to travel, subject to organiser approval and a £25 administration fee.

• Transfers are the responsibility of the original booking holder and must be confirmed directly with the organisers.

• Meals specifically stated within the trip information are included within the package price. Any meals, drinks, snacks or additional purchases not specifically listed as included remain the responsibility of the individual participant.

• We strongly recommend that participants take out their own travel insurance if they feel this is appropriate.

• The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to itineraries, timings or arrangements should circumstances beyond our control require this.

• By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the itinerary, accommodation arrangements and transport arrangements organised for the group.

• Any additional personal spending or optional extras remain the responsibility of the individual participant.
