Lazaats can confirm that we currently have circa 40 rooms available on both dates - and are able to offer a discounted rate for all attendees @ £85.00 for Thursday 10th Dec Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 the following morning.

In order to book bedrooms, please call the Hotel & confirm they are attending the AFO event in order to obtain the discounted rate – you will need to give some further information to secure it (including card details) & payment will be taken on arrival with a 48 hour cancellation policy. Group Booking & Payment Information.

As the lead booker, please include the full names of everyone in your party. Take a moment to check these carefully at the time of booking, as we will use this information to organise seating.

Tables are for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 guests, and we will allocate seating based on the details you provide in this form.

To help us manage what is a very complex seating plan, we kindly ask that one person completes the booking on behalf of the whole group.

Payment must be made as one single bank transfer per group booking using the details below. This means the lead booker will need to collect payment from all members of their party and submit it in one transaction at the time of booking.

We’re really grateful for your cooperation, as this helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures everyone is seated correctly on the night.

If you don’t have a group to book with, please don’t worry at all. We have a separate booking option below for individuals or smaller numbers who are happy to be paired with others. This is actually a really popular choice, as many people enjoy meeting new people on the night.

Terms & Conditions – Event Booking

By submitting a booking for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be submitted via the official booking form.
Full payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer.
Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. Group Bookings
For group bookings, one lead booker must complete the form and submit full payment on behalf of the entire party.
It is the responsibility of the lead booker to ensure all guest details are correct at the time of booking.
Please ensure all information has been collected before submitting the form.

3. Seating
Tables accommodate a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 guests.
Seating arrangements will be organised based on the information provided in your booking form.
We will do our best to accommodate requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If you do not have a group to book with, a separate individual booking option is available. This is a popular choice for those happy to be paired with others and meet new people on the night.

4. Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements and allergies must be clearly stated in the designated section of the booking form at the time of booking.
We cannot guarantee that late requests or changes can be accommodated.

5. Non Refundable & Non Transferable
All bookings are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances.
This includes inability to attend for any reason.
Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

6. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including but not limited to timings, entertainment, or layout where necessary.

7. Event Delivery & Venue Responsibility
This event is organised by a third party. While we work closely with the venue to deliver the event as planned, we cannot be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or issues arising from the venue or its operations.

In the unlikely event that the venue cancels or is unable to host the event, we will communicate with all attendees as soon as possible. Any refunds or alternative arrangements will be subject to the venue’s own terms and conditions and policies.

8. Cancellation by Organiser
In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.

9. Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.

10. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by negligence.

11. Media & Photography
Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included unless you inform us otherwise in advance.
